JOB DESCRIPTION – JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

1. Graphic Design & Digital Content Creation – Develop visually striking designs for digital and print materials, branding assets, social media, and marketing campaigns.
   Motion Graphics & Animation – Design engaging motion graphics, typography, and animated content for various platforms.
2. Presentations & Internal Media – Assist in creating high-impact presentations, internal communication materials, and training content.
3. Brand Development – Design illustrations, logos, and branding elements to maintain and strengthen the company’s visual identity.
4. Collaboration & Communication – Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and the broader creative team to bring ideas to life while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
5. File & Asset Management – Organize, maintain, and back up multimedia assets, ensuring efficient access and compliance with company data policies.
6. Trend Monitoring & Innovation – Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to ensure innovative, cutting-edge designs.
7. Administrative & Event Support – Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and coordinating design-related aspects of company events and marketing activations.
8. Social Media Management – Assist in managing company social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and engagement with followers.

Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of photography and photo editing software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
