Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Inventory Coordinator  to support the planning, coordination, and execution of inventory across our retail stores and warehouse.

This role is focused on ensuring that the right stock is in the right place at the right time. You will work closely with the operations and warehouse teams to manage stock levels, support replenishment, and maintain high levels of inventory accuracy.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a senior inventory or supply chain role.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Planning & Replenishment

  • Assist in managing stock levels across all retail stores
  • Support the planning and execution of replenishment cycles
  • Monitor stock movement and identify gaps in availability
  • Help ensure high-demand products are always in stock

Stock Allocation & Transfers

  • Coordinate stock transfers between warehouse and stores
  • Assist in reallocating stock between stores based on performance
  • Track and follow up on stock movement to ensure timely delivery

Inventory Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor stock levels, sell-through rates, and product performance
  • Prepare regular inventory reports and insights
  • Identify slow-moving and fast-moving products
  • Support decision-making with data-driven insights

Warehouse Coordination

  • Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate stock handling
  • Support receiving, checking, and system capturing of stock
  • Assist in resolving stock discrepancies and variances

System & Process Management

  • Maintain accurate inventory records within internal systems
  • Support stock takes and cycle counts
  • Ensure inventory processes are followed consistently
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes

Requirements

  • 1–3 years’ experience in inventory, supply chain, retail, or a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good analytical ability and comfort working with data
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and coordination skills

Advantageous

  • Experience working in retail or apparel environments
  • Exposure to inventory or ERP systems
  • Understanding of stock planning or replenishment principles
